Fish of the People

With Yellow Perch numbers already declining in 1996, Ron Anton declared that "The Perch is the fish of the people" as protective regulations were being debated at a Natural Resources Board meeting. Since then Yellow Perch numbers have almost become almost nonexistent in Lake Michigan. This video takes a look at research regarding Yellow Perch, and what is being done to help conserve it for future generations.
